1. Overview

Division Blast ("the App", "we", "us") is a single-player puzzle game available on Google Play. This Privacy Policy explains what information is, and is not, collected when you download and play the App, and how third-party advertising works within it.

In short: Division Blast is played entirely offline on your device. We do not create user accounts, we do not operate any backend server, and we do not collect, store, or sell any personal information ourselves. The only data processing that occurs is carried out by Google AdMob, which we use to display ads within the App, as described below.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not require registration or sign-in, and we (the developer) do not collect:

The App does not connect to the internet for gameplay itself. An internet connection is used only to request and display ads, as described in the next section.

3. Advertising & Third-Party Services (Google AdMob)

Division Blast is free to play and is supported by advertising provided through Google AdMob (a Google service). AdMob displays interstitial ads at certain points in the App (for example, when pausing the game, claiming a prize, or exiting to the menu).

To serve and measure ads, and to help prevent fraud, Google's Mobile Ads SDK (used by AdMob) may collect and process certain information automatically, independently of us. This can include:

Data typePurpose
Advertising identifier (e.g., Android Advertising ID) and other device identifiersAd personalization, frequency capping, fraud prevention
IP addressApproximate (coarse) location, ad delivery, fraud prevention
Device information (device model, OS version, language, screen size)Ad formatting and delivery
App interaction data (ad impressions, clicks, app launches, crash and diagnostic logs)Ad performance measurement and service reliability

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and Google's page on how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. We encourage you to review those pages to understand Google's practices.

The App is tagged as not directed at children, so ads are served in standard (non-child-directed) mode, which may include personalized advertising where permitted by your settings and region.

4. Permissions Used by the App

The App requests only the minimum device permissions needed to function and to display ads (for example, network access). It does not request permission to access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or precise location.

5. Children's Privacy

Division Blast is intended for a general audience aged 14 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below so we can address it — noting again that the App itself collects no personal information on our end.

This policy is not intended to, and does not, create obligations under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) that would not otherwise apply, given the App's general-audience, non-child-directed classification on Google Play.

6. Your Ad Choices & Consent (EEA / UK / Switzerland)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may be shown a consent prompt (a Consent Management Platform, or "CMP") before ads are displayed. This lets you choose whether to allow personalized advertising. If you do not consent, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on your advertising identifier.

You can also manage ad personalization more broadly through your device settings:

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected about you and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because the App uses AdMob for advertising, some information (such as your advertising identifier and IP address) may be considered "shared" under California law. You can limit this by opting out of ad personalization using the device settings above, or by enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a supporting browser, which AdMob is configured to honor where applicable.

8. Data Retention & Security

Because we do not operate servers or collect personal information ourselves, we do not retain any user data. Any local game data (such as your current progress, scores, and achievements) is stored only on your own device and is deleted automatically if you uninstall the App. Data processed by Google AdMob is retained and secured according to Google's own policies, linked above.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the App or in applicable law. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
